Palin and other things....

As always, I'm amazed at how long it's been since I've posted....

I'm here at the moment to complain about myself, so you may want to stop reading now.

I feel very strongly about the things I feel strongly about:  God, family, country, stupidity, etc But when given the opportunity to voice my opinion, I can't say what I mean, so I say nothing. It's one of my least favorite things about myself, and so often, it makes me look like I don't feel strongly because I'm quiet.

I have had mixed feelings about John McCain for President. Until he chose Sarah Palin for his VP. I like her. I like her  a lot.  I think she believes in the same things I do. Her confidence in McCain has increased mine.

As aggravated as I get with the liberals for bashing Sarah Palin, I get equally aggravated with Christians for acting like she's the answer to all our problems. I recently heard a teaching about how we don't truly live in a Christian nation any more.  It's not Muslim, but it's not Christian. The point was that we need to get proactive about bringing people into the Kingdom and not expect our government or anyone else to do the job for us.  There was  a lot more to that, and it was good, but I've got to cut this short. I may have to come back and do some explaining....not sure if I made myself clear.  Big surprise. :)

I rarely ever talk about politics. I avoid political opinion conflict at almost any cost. I'm a big fat chicken! I agree with you. I like Palin, but she isn't our savior.

Have you noticed just how much she looks like Tina Faye? Ha!
